Additionally, there is a sizable private closet in the hallway, specifically for your belongings, along with extra storage space for suitcases and other items. This apartment is spacious for Toronto! It includes a separate kitchen, a sunroom, a living room, and a generous outdoor deck, enhancing its sense of space. The apartment is located on Dundas Street West, near trendy Ossington Street, within walking distance of many great bars, restaurants, and Trinity Bellwoods Park. It is only 15 minutes from downtown Toronto, 10 minutes from the UP Express, and 30 minutes from Pearson Airport. This is a short-term rental for 1-3 months, available immediately (if the ad is still up, it is available). I am open to longer-term arrangements for the right person. My place is ideal for anyone new to Toronto who needs a temporary stay while they figure out where they would like to stay more permanently. You will be sharing with me, a female business professional. I sometimes work from home, but primarily from a nearby workspace or client offices and travel to conferences regularly. I love animals; pets are welcome, especially dogs!! I am also happy to help take care of them by taking them out for walks if you get delayed at work. Rent is $1,300 per month.
