Very safe neighborhood mostly populated by families an close to a number of shops and restaurants Roommates are quiet respectful, and friendly late 20s/30s professionals (2M,1F). Common areas include living room, kitchen, and front and back yards. Three roommates share the second floor bathroom. Amenities include air conditioning, in-house washer and dryer, dish washer, deep freezer, high-speed internet and basement for storage. A private (off-street) parking spot is available for an additional $75/month. We have a cat that usually sticks to the shared main floor but are not able to accommodate other pets currently.
